Stretching Video

I am voting for a stretching video (could be yoga oriented) like this:

10 minute warmup (like in the PS series)
10-15 more minutes of aerobic activity on the floor to get muscles hot (low impact hi-lo)
20 minutes of stretching/yoga with some really good hamstring & lower back stretches for those of us with lower back pain from sitting at a computer most of the working day!

I would be definitely be interested in a stretching video also ... a nice blend of atheletic and yoga would be.
 
Since the last few batches of workouts have come out in multiples (3 or 4 DVD's), it would be nice to include that 20 minute segment as a bonus on each DVD.

I like the idea of a warm-up consisting of movements that take the major muscles through gradually larger ROM.

I agree. Maybe a few moves inspired from yoga, but not too yoga-based. I like stretches like in Push-Pull, PH etc.
 
Yes, yes~Count me in. I would LOVE a Cathe stretch vid because I would DO IT!

I think a nice athletic/yoga type stretch would be perfect!! It would benefit all fitness levels. I would love to see this in the near future!!
