Great new workouts! I am feeling my legs in a whole new way!
A question about the first stretch segment on Stretch Max. Towards the end you have us lift one leg at a time while bent at the waist with hands on the floor. When I did this my thigh started to feel very tight and wierd right in the middle of the thigh. Am I doing something wrong?
Thank you for being as close to a personal trainer as I can mangage at this point in my life. As a 50+ mother of five I need all the help I can get, but it has to be efficient. Your workouts are just the ticket....
