This was one of those things that I didn't know I needed until I tried it. I always do the stretch portion at the end of every workout, but I still felt tight afterward. As I tend to be tight anyway, I figured it was just me. Yesterday I tried the first segment of StretchMax after doing LowMax and what a difference it made!! It's just that little bit of extra stretching my particular body needs and well worth the additional 20 minutes of workout time.
