I would say that stretching is sooooo important and can often be the piece we miss when in a rush. As we age (i am aging!!!!) it becomes increasingly important to work on our flexibility. A stretching DVD helps you to stretch longer than you might and in areas you might miss. I used to skip stretching years ago but no more. So if you need ideas and a nudge, a stretch DVD helps. Plus on the days you want to work out but are just too tired, a stretch DVD (along with ABSdvds) provides you with a nice alternative. I have Cathe's stretch max. I use yoga and pilates dvd's too. i like variety to suit my moods and her stretch max is one i've included into my workouts.
