Hi Cathe!

You obviously use heavy weights. How do you (or what do you do to) keep yourself from getting bulky muscles? I mean, you're very muscular, but you're not big.

I don't want to add size, just define my muscles. I'm trying to figure out what to do. Should I lift heavier? Stay with endurance-type training? Strength train more than 2x/week? Increase number of cardio days? Any suggestions?

The truth is that women can't get bulky muscles unless they use steroids. Cathe's muscles are the way all ours would be if we worked out like her and had her genes.
 
And what If you do have genes like hers? Thats the type of toning Im going for and I am not far off. They look great when I flex, really big actually. If only they wouldnt disappear after....
Eh, let me stop complaining. Its only been a few months I cant expect to look how I want to look in that little of time. Plus, I do see a change definetly, just not as much as I expected.
