Cathe, I love your videos. I just recently ordered them and now I am hooked!!! No offense, but you make Tamilee Webb look like an amatuer. Here is my question: Does working out with weights on arm work everyday help or hinder muscle progession? I have always heard it is best to let your muscles "rest" for 24 hours. Please give me some advice, thanks. :)
 
Hi Stephanie! Yes, it is best to let a muscle group recover 24 to 36 hours before you use it again. But if you do triceps one day, you can do biceps the next day. Even though they are both arm muscles, they are opposing muscle groups so one can recover while you work the other.
