Strength opinion

Hi everyone! I'm currently doing a PS rotation and wanted the educated crowd's opinion on my next rotation. I either want to do CTX with the strength portions twice a week OR S&H each once a week with cardio at least 4-5 times. I want to shock my upper body with a different type of workout so I was wondering if doing the CTX twice a week, and it being more of an endurance workout would be the way to go, or should I opt for S&H. I was wondering since PS and S&H are both strength focused if that would be enough of a shock?? It's been awhile since I've done the CTX series, and I've only previewed S&H. As a background, I did a Power Hour rotation for 8 weeks prior to starting my current PS rotation.

I don't have PS but have seen portions of it on Discovery Health. Also since the "S" in PS is for strength, I am thinking it is like MIS ("S" for strength.) CTX seems like MIS to me, only a little bit longer on each muscle group.

I'd say go for Slow and Heavy. (and eat lots of protein.)
