Hi! I am an instructor who teaches 3 strength training classes a week. I am wanting to know a good way to plan classes to progressively overload beginners and mix up my classes. Example: Mondays- trisets, Wednesdays- light weights, Fridays-pyramids. I am wanting to know how to isolate and train while still getting a total body sculpting routine each of the three days I teach-Please respond or give me resources I can study-I am constantly studying.
