Strange soreness

I cannot believe I'm going to post this but I'm quite baffled by this.:confused: I'm having soreness in a ....different area. My pubic area is sore. Walking is tender. Here's what I did this week:
Sunday : rest
Monday : LowMax (2 risers, other WO's I use 1 )
Tues: Push & Pull, Superstes upperbody only & ab work
Wed : BM2 warm up, cardio bonus, abs SM band segment, Ab hits (15 min) & SM segment 1
Thurs : MIS upper body SM 1 also walked/jogged about 3 miles w/weighted vest
Fri : MIC step segment BM1 first combo & SM band

I was a little sore Tues after LowMax, more in the hamstring near my butt but close in. Almost between the hamstring & inner thigh - if that's possible.
Felt better so I did the walking/jog Thurs. Also felt fine to do Fri step but then early this evening I got the crotch pain again. Reminds me of the way I would feel after going on a long bike ride after not riding all winter. Possible to pull a muscle there? Not sure what kind of WO to do tomorrow. Sun is my rest day.

Hope this wasn't to much info.....:eek:
 
I know the feeling your talking about from bike riding, but I don't see that any of those w/o would have done that, esp if it is what you normally do. Maybe its an upper inner thigh muscle that's tight and pulling on everything else? I could poss see LM doing that, but I don't think PP would have made it worse - no plie squats in that if I am remembering correctly. Maybe you over stretched with SM? Try the epsom salt bath and maybe sit/lay with an ice pack for a few times a day. It's the weekend, so no one at work will be asking why you have a frozen bottom! Try Advil or Aleve if that doesn't help. I'd give the legs a rest for the weekend as well. Maybe just a walk to keep the muslces moving, but nothing intense. Took your advice Nan. Have you ever actually sat with an ice pack on your crotch? :confused: YIKES!!! So glad my DH & boys took off, I would never hear the end of it! It does seem to help. Also following the give lower body a rest advice. Did some ab work solo today along with push-ups, tricep work then 2 segmenst of basic stretching. I have a real hard time with extra rest days. That means I have to lower food intake a bit :mad: . Oh well, helps strengthen the discipline.

Tami-maybe THIS is TMI, so I apologize ahead of time! LOL And I'm not even sure this will help in anyway....but.....I get that sort of pain during the first full day of TOM. Every month. Always have. Nothing ever helps it.

Sorry I can't offer advice! Just some temporary company! HA!
