Strange Question

For the past few months when I first wake up in the morning I have a disgusting taste in the back of my throat. When I clear my throat, a whitish/brownish thing comes out. It looks like a piece of a nut or something like it. It is not even a centimeter, just like a very small peice of a nut, but it is soft. What the heck is it? It is there several mornings per week.

In my fantasy, it is fat stores leaving my body!! Does this happen to anyone else?

It sounds like a tonsil stone. They are these white thingies that get stuck in your tonsils and they are disgusting.

Try doing a search on the internet for them. There is a lot of information out there about them.

Yes, these are normal. Oddly enough they were discussed on Oprah not too long ago when Dr. Oz was on.
