Okay. First off, I eat 5-6 small meals a day. I weight/strength train 5 days a week and cario about 3. Yesterday, I was out after work and was at a place that I wasnt able to eat. I usually try to bring something to snack on but this time I didnt, I wound up drinking tea. Anyway, I had eaten earlier at 4. But when I got home around 7 I was practiacially doubled over from the stomach pains of not eating. It was only 3 hours but it felt like a day and a half. I never experienced pain like this before. I found this to be so strange. I finally ate but it took my body a little while to discover there was food there, and I felt a little uneasy. About 2 hours went by and I was fine. Am I always going to experience this if I dont have food every 2 hours? Sometimes on the weekends when Im out, I dont even think about it, and my stomach is fine but I still eat something anyway. So why like this that one time? Is my metabolism that darn quick that I cant keep up? (Im a mesomorph).
