I have been working out for 6 months. My fitness plan has done very well in toning my whole body. People tell me I am in great shape. Much of my exercise has been core fitness.
However, when I look at my abs I believe I'm seeing and feeling pockets of fat over the muscle. I can not seem to get rid of them. I am 49 years old. I never had this kind of issues at an earlier age.
I'm wondering if it is carbs that are causing these bumps. I have them clear up to my rib cage.
When this picture was taken I switched swimsuits and put on a one piece.
Back to the drawing board.
