still confused

I started a new thread just in case. I've looked at mostof the DVD's and am confused because most of them, even ones with lots of step, still include some weight training. If I do MM 2x per week, wouldn't I want to avoid other weight training the day before or the day after MM? I don't know what to do and for those of you that have lots of Cathe workouts, I have NO idea how you schedule them all!! HELP!
 
Are you looking for a DVD that is 100% cardio? If so, IMAX I, IMAX II and IMAX III use zero weights...all you need is your step. Same with LowMax.

Now, IMAX I and IMAX II have other workouts on the same DVD that use weights, but those specific workouts mentioned do not involve any strength work...they are an hour+ of all cardio.

try : The Classics Vol.1, Cardio Hits, Step Blast, Kick Punch and Crunch, Kick Max, Lo Max, Basic Step, Low Impact Step. These are 100% cardio workouts, but some are on DVDs that contain other weight workouts. Hope this helps!! :)
 
Rhythmic Step is one of my favorites. If you cut out the challenge at the end it would just about fit your time frame mentioned in your previous post.
