Ok here is what I narrowed it down to.

This is my first time doing Cathe's tapes so I kow I'll have to modify.

1st selection:

CK
MIS
MIC
for sure and maybe cm or Im and maybe the wedding video.


OR

The 6 pack series:

Someone needds to pick up the phone and order for me.......I just keep reading all the post and I just not sure what to get.

I will also be adding pilates into this workout. If I get the first selection of videos I was going to do MIS twica a week and the rest cardio.

One more time and I promise I will order today.....which way do you think I should go.

It can be very confusing. I think that your 1st. set of choices would be a good start. You have a good combo of Hi/Lo, Step, Kickbox and Strength, so you are hitting all areas. I personally do not have the 6-Pack yet, (they are coming soon!!) to sway you towards them although I am hearing great things. I guess I feel like the ones you chose are not too hard to learn and they are classics. You can always order the 6-Pack later unless you will be more upset once you start hearing all the great reviews. You just haven't been here long enough to hear about all Cathe's older tapes, which are EXCELLENT!!! Is it possible down the road (say in a couple months or so when you would be ready for some fresh moves) to order your 2nd. choice? Don't know if I confused you more.:-hmmm Good Luck and BTW, The Wedding Video is a great choice too because it has Step & Strength. (2 for the price of one!!:7)

Well I'm probably just going to confuse you more, but I just ordered 5 of Cathe's videos(to get the great discount). I had her MIS (which I love) and finally mustered up enough nerve to try a couple of her step videos. I wasn't sure if I was ready, plus I am cheorographically challenged. I did not check out this portion of the web site until after I ordered, so I went off of the descriptions. I was also using Voight along with Kathy Smiths Step Video before. Anyway I ordered MEGA STEP BLAST, Interval Max, Step Heat, and the two upper body portions of her PS series.

I just got these in the mail Tuesday night so I've only had a chance to try two of them. I started with MSB because it's supposed to be one of the best starter videos and have simpler cheorograhpy then the others. I've done it twice and love it!! I did much better than I expected, both with the cheorography and the intensity. Next week I plan to move try Step Heat and then to Interval Max. Can anyone tell me how much tougher these vidoes are then MSB?? What am I in for?

I tried one of the PS series and didn't find that to be as tough as MIS, but I went easy on the amount of weight since I didn't know what I was in for.

I'm also wondering about the 6 pack, but I have enough to keep me busy with the videos I already have! I imagine after I master the vidoes I just bought I end up getting it, but the cheorography scares me.

You'll have to let us know what you decide and what you think after you use them.

I think you should go with the first idea. You can always make these into longer or shorter workouts, and then you can eventually buy the six pack. It will all work out in the end, since you will buy all of Cathe's videos anyway!
