I know you don't always have to do the series workouts together (all body blast or all intensity) but for example this week I'm doing the body blast series and then next week plan to do the intensity then the cross training series the next week. So, if I do follow a series do I have to do only it for a certain length of time and then switch to a different series in order to get results? (Needing to lose about 20 pounds and would like to tone also). I get bored REALLY easy so I thought the changes might be good. I don't usually do all the series workouts together, sometimes I mix them up too. After a about 8 months of not doing any exercise (just unmotivated and lazy) I'm finally ready to start back.
