It had it all. Challenging choreography, tough intervals, great music, chest work, and then a wonderful yoga/pilates cooldown. I love Cathe online tv!!

Everytime I see one of her new workouts on CatheTV I keep wanting to get my tapes that very same day!! But alas, we don't even know the ship date yet
