Wahoo! I just completed a great workout after a really stressful day! I did Step and Intervals with Cardio Kicks Drills (precue CK at heartrate check).

What a workout! Step, 3 intense intervals and kick /power drills. A little of everything makes the workout GO! GO! GO!

Cathe- I love the music on the Cardio Kicks Drill section. It makes it more enjoyable having the guys up there with you!
