StepHeat!!

I haven't done StepHeat in a long while cuz I had made a mental note that it isn't vigorous enough. Sooooo, I decided in my current rotation to try to follow up my really tough days with a less intense day. SOOOOO, yesterday I managed to survive BodyMax, which rates as PRETTY TOUGH and intense, in my book! I decided to follow it up today with StepHeat. Well, as I began StepHeat, I fully expected to barely work up a sweat. I was wrong!!! I had forgotten that this tape isn't just the walk in the park that I'd wrongly remembered it to be. During the 1st section, I did add a "jump" to all those knee-up-on the corners and knees-around the world. So that probably helped make it more of a workout. The choreography of the 1st section is a bit unexciting, esp. after the amazing stuff going on in the CTX's!!!! But I love the 2nd section, it is so much fun. And the abs were short, sweet and tough!

Anyway, if you are like me and put this one on the back-burner as "too easy", maybe you should give it another whirl. You might be surprised!

Have a great day, everybody! :)

I like it, too. And I keep Power max, mega step Blast, Step Jam, and one of my alltime faves: Step Fit in the rotation.

I just StepHeat back in my Jan. rotation, in fact I did it over the weekend. I had forgotten how much I enjoy this tape!! I also added back PowerMax and StepFit too!! I think these "older" tapes compliment the new one beautifully!
