I think after 1 or 2 more uses I will finally have the choreography down.  I use a HRM that keeps track of calorie expenditures.  I know it is a rough estimate but it showed I burned 541 calories doing this video yesterday.  Is that possible?  It is a tough workout and I stayed at the higher end of my target range.  A HRM does keep you from overdoing it, I use to get too high and I know that cuts down on the calories burned if you stay anaerobic too long.  Sigh, I didn't like the macarena the first time..
