Anyone out there ever do Cathe's step workouts WITHOUT a step? I live in an upstairs apartment and feel that I make much more noise when I use a step. I sometimes like to get some cardio in early in the morning and need to avoid making excess noise! I know the intensity won't be as high without a step. I am just curious if anyone else out there has tried this and had any success! Thanks!
