step shoes? What is your favorite?

Do you use aerobic or cross-trainers? I would love to know some of your favorites. My running shoes just aren't doing the trick.

I have been searching for the perfect training shoes, the Ryka Rythm II is very unconfortable it bothers my feet on the sides. The Nike Inpact crosstainers is a great shoe for the price, I got them on sale for $49.99 at Champs Sports, and the Nike Shox trainers is the best for me, it offers a lot of support on the sides and a lot of shock absorption. I also got them on sale for $69.99 at Champs Sports. I end up buying three pairs of shoes to find the perfect training shoe, I hope that my experience saves you time and money.

I like my Avia Crosstraining shoes for everything except running. I have been wearing them for years now and get great deals on them at Kohl's, if you have one of those nearby.

I love the Ryka Rythm II's. I have a high arch and these shoes work perfectly for me.
