I recently bought the cardio classics DVD, since I of course have to have ALL the cathes. Well, I pulled it out yesterday and did step max. I am not the best at choreo and I had no trouble with this one, first try. I found it to be very basic-the first section is barely even combos, it's just lots of easy moves, middle section is uncomplicated and the last section, although intense is also very very simple. Now I haven't done step fit or the other one on the DVD, but For those who were looking for an intro to cathe step tape...this seems like a good candidate! There is a lot of breakdown on all the moves. I really enjoyed it, I followed it no problem, and it didn't wipe me out, but I felt reasonably worked out. Highly reccomended for Cathe beginners or easier workout days!
