Hello everyone. Just wanted to share a cute story. I was doing Step Jam yesterday and my nephew (5 years old) stopped over for a visit. He came down to where I was exercising and watched me for a while. His comment to me was "Aunt Debbie, this looks like fun. You look like you are dancing but I think you are going to need a nap when you are done!"
