I know this is an old tape, but in my opinion, a goody! I have to laugh and share this thought because only fellow Cathe fans could relate! In the very beginning of the tape, when she's doing the quarter arm up, quarter arm down to the square dance type music, she asks us if we're ready to reduce (meaning we're about ready to reduce reps from 4 to 2) and I crack up laughing because boy am I ever!! :D
I'm in the process of trying to lose 10 pounds now that my first son is about to turn 1! Better late than never, right? So reducing if foremost in my mind! ;-) Thanks Cathe for the chuckle as I work towards my goal! Even hard work is fun with you!

Hi Kris!

I love Step Jam too! I think the same thing every time I hear her say "are you ready to reduce?" Also, in her PS SLA after we do quarter deadlifts for the hamstrings, she says something about sticking with the deadlifts because "they'll do nice things for you in the end." Good, because my end needs some help!!!
