Step dimensions in MuscleMax

Cathe, or educated crowd:

What are the measurements of the step you(Cathe) use in MuscleMax?
It looks very long because you lie flat on top of it and all of you fits with room left below your bottom.
Is this the same size step used in IMAX 3?

Yes, it's the same size step used in IMAX 3 - it's the Club Step. I think it's like 43" long or something. Keep in mind that Cathe is pretty short (I think she's 5'2" or in that ballpark), so she has plenty room to lie on the step. If you're a lot taller than that, it might be a tighter fit.
