Hi:

I am a huge fan of Rhythmic Step and Step Blast because the choreography is so creative and fast paced. My question is will Step Blast be available in DVD and are there other step dvd's which incorporate the same type of complex choreography?:7

Step Blast already is available on DVD. It is on the same DVD as Step, Jump & Pump

Hi! I love complex choreography too and just wanted to add that all of Cathe's workouts that are on FitTV (where, I'm assuming, you first came across these workouts) are available on DVD. The DVD's have not been edited to allow for commercials and thus have more footage. They're also extremely well-chaptered and the Intensity Series and the Body Blast Series have tons of premixes which, IMO, puts their value through the roof!
