I think it would be cool if Cathe made a 50 minute step and kickbox workout! I saw one on Fit TV and thought that if Cathe made one, it owuld be 10 times better and 10 times intense..er!! It would be on a 6' step for safty because when you kick and stuff, the intensity would feel like its on an 8' step}(.
The workout would consist of a 5 minute warm-up to review the punches, kicks, ect with step moves and to warm up the body. Then a a quick stretch.
Then would be a 36 minute segement of kickboxing and step mixed in togather (for example you do a basic and a back kick or a turn step and a jab cross. It wouldn't havta be like this, these are just examples.)
Next would come a 4 mintue cool down & stretch, then 5 mintues of abs. I think if Cathe made a workout like this, It would give variety and be really fun!!! I love step & kickboxing, why not put them togather
