Believe it or not, I just got around to doing this one tonight and I loved it!!! OMG, it felt so good...
Before doing it, I saw it was like 16 min. And I thought to myself, I'm gonna get bored...NOT!!!
It was so relaxing and was over long before I wanted it to be...great stretch Cathe!

It is good. But my knee touches the floor on the hip flexor stretch....but I love it.
