Step Blast on BOSU

I just finished Step Blast on the BOSU, sans the "Step Challenge".

The workout fits nicely on the BOSU, with some modifications of the twistier and turnier moves. Off the top of my head I remember from Section One, the "up and backs" weren't completely up and back but more side and back. The BOSU slows you down a bit so you don't really have time to rebound all the way up and turn completely around.

In Section Two I did just plain basics steps instead of the V-steps. I also didn't ricochet completely around, I worked them just like the up and backs in Section One. Also, when she cues "pony-up and run-run-run", a knee up and step back fits very nicely instead and is much safer.

In Section Three, be careful when you backwards shuffle up.

I know that seems like a lot but really it's not. If I continued with the Challenge, I would have used the regular step. As it was, I was really winded and sweating with the BOSU.
