state of the art work out floors

We are putting in a workout room and want a safe affordable cardio floor.

I did a little research a while back, but not about real, serious flooring because I couldn't afford it. Mine was mostly on the puzzle mats and similar options. If you're interested in any of that, let me know and I'll try to dredge up the threads.

Well, because I really don't want to start work just yet, I decided to do a search on "floor". Here's what the search came up with. I hope this link works!


ETA - dang. It didn't work, so I deleted it. Well, if you use the advanced search option and just put in the word "floor" it'll pull up several decent looking topics. Have fun!
