I have been sitting on my backside have not worked out in over a year and a half if longer. I am so unhappy with the way I now look that I avoid looking at myself nude in the mirror; plus I hate getting dressed in front of my husband of 12 yrs. He says hedoes not mind how I look but I do. I have since decided to start working out agian and even committed to purchasing all of your new tapes; the 8 that just came out.
I really need advice on which tape to start in this set plus since I'm 5'1/2" at what step height should I start with?
Since I am wieghing at least 20 lbs over what I should I'm afraid that I may hurt my knees or something else. But I really need to get this body moving, and walking is sooo boring for me.
Please help me out in finding some type of routine to stick with and one where I won't pass out. I have just about all your tapes and I really could use your input; if nothing else for your support. Thank You In Advance
