I've been terrible at exercising for the past 3 months because of lack of time and motivation. And there was a death in the family which meant neighbors bringing cakes and pies 24-7.
But now, I want to start up again. I've gained about 10 pounds. I'm not huge or anything (since I'm still in my 20s, I guess I can handle it), but I've definately lost lots of muscle - no more firm thighs
I need some sort of program or schedule to do to get me going. I used to work out a lot so I think I just need a nudge to get going again. I have most Cathe cardio tapes and all the strength ones (incl. Bodymax). I also have a gym membership starting soon where there's cardio and spinning classes. Thanks for any help! I know Cathe's understandably busy!
