Starting Over

Hi Cathe! I have a question about how to work back up to a peak fitness level. I'm recovering from a sprained back and I'm only doing beginner level Pilates and will be starting physical therapy soon. The last rotation I finished was the December'10. So after a month of very light exercise, how and where do I start over? I was thinking of doing a 3 month STS rotation, or should I start out with a beginner or intermediate rotation (all this depending on what the Dr says of course). Any advice would be much appreciated.
