Anyone care to join me??

I was admittedly too chicken to actually do it THIS month but I am finishing off my current rotation tomorrow. I have a rest day on Wednesday and then I think I'm gonna take a couple extra days rest or do just do LIGHT exercise at most and then....DRUM ROLL PLEASE:p ....I'll start the January rotation on Sunday or Monday!

Ok Wendy count me in. What day are you starting? I will still be doing a ss workout every other day though. I had planned that January I would do it but got too involved in other workouts. Let me kno what day you plan to starat. I can tart either sunday or monday!

I did week one last week and survived. I had to run a swim meet, so did not work out Saturdy, Sunday or Monday, and have to take my car in tomorrow to be worked on, so won't have time to start week two in the morning. I may just do part of week two day one, and then do something more at night.
 
Oh to clarify what I meant I will do the January rotation as is and add a SS workout every other day. Not drop a rotation day and do SS.

I usually start rotations on Sunday but since Cathe writes hers starting on mondays I guess we'll start it then. I will keep my self busy resting/stretching and doing some light work outs in the meantime....Happy to have you joining me!:)

Hi Ladies,

I am doing the January rotation and so far, I have lost 5 pounds and looking very cut. The first week was the touhest after that my body has gotten used to the punishment. This is trully a weight loss rotation.

Thanks for the feedback on the rotation. I did the August bootcamp rotation last summer and Loved it! Thanks for the encpuragement.

I will!. I did August and loved it. Did not get day one of week 2 in today, so will do a work-out at the Y tonight, and start week 2 tomorrow. I was really proud that I did week 1 straight through last week, plus swam 6000 yards to boot!
