Starting Beginner Rotation 8.22.11

Hello everyone, I have been a fan of Cathe's for a few years now. I have several of her DVD's and never made it past the Beginner 3 month Rotation. I am going to give it a shot again starting today and would like to know if anyone would like to join me. I use to workout in the morning before work, but this time around I am going to start after work. I am having problems sleeping, so I was thinking about exhausting myself with Cathe's workouts and hopefully I can sleep through the night.

Anyway, I am on PST and I will be starting my workouts between 5:00 & 5:30pm.

Also, if anyone could give me a good diet to follow it would be appreciated. I am tempted to join Beachbody just for the Nutrition Tools because it offers a Low Carb diet for me, tells me what to eat everyday and put everything on a grocery list.

Okay if anyone would like to join me for motivation, or who could recommend a diet it would be appreicated.

I saw your post in my Beginner Rotation thread in the Check-Ins & Challenges Forum....

How about we both post over in that thread??? I got messed up with my schedule last week ... and am starting over again this week...

so we'll be on the same schedule...
