Starting BB Questions

Hi All! I have 2 Questions about BB.I want to do the BB rotation in Oct. 1) I watched the dvds but have yet to do them. Should I just start off doing the BB Rotation or do the dvds for a week or two not following the BB rotation, and get comfortable with them first? 2) Ive been doing a rotation this month using mostly the intensity series, and the month before that doing PH and Imax 2 only. I don't want to lose the definition and cardio gains from those. Will it be okay to go to BB series? On the Ultimate Guide it is listed as easier than PH and ME. Is it? I have been looking forward to doing it. Hope this all made sense!:) Thanks in advance, Deanie P.S. Did HSTA this morning and forgot how to count backwards from 4 by the last leg press session!:):+ ha ha!

I didn't actually go check out the BB Rotation, but I would say that if it only uses BB workouts, you might want to use some of the more difficult premixes for the weight workouts. In my opinion, Push Pull and Supersets are quite a bit easier than the weight workouts from the Intensity series. There are some great premixes, however, that make these two more intense. (Specifically, the double set Push Pull premixes provides a great workout).

As far as cardio goes, Step Blast and KPC are pretty intense, so I doubt you'll lose any cardio gains. Perhaps you could continue with your Instensity rotation for another week or two, but insert Step Blast and KPC so that you get familiar with the moves.

Good luck; I think you'll love Body Blast, it's so much fun!
