Hi All! I have 2 Questions about BB.I want to do the BB rotation in Oct. 1) I watched the dvds but have yet to do them. Should I just start off doing the BB Rotation or do the dvds for a week or two not following the BB rotation, and get comfortable with them first? 2) Ive been doing a rotation this month using mostly the intensity series, and the month before that doing PH and Imax 2 only. I don't want to lose the definition and cardio gains from those. Will it be okay to go to BB series? On the Ultimate Guide it is listed as easier than PH and ME. Is it? I have been looking forward to doing it. Hope this all made sense!
