I did LIS LIC pre-mix this morning. I got up late and it was my first time working out in the morning in ages so it was tough, but I did most of it. Since it was my first time, I didn't know all the combos, but I still got my heart rate up some and will get better at it. I LOVE step so it was fun.
I have to make up STS Back and Tris either tomorrow or Fri, then will need to find a way to get AT in, will try, but not sure there are enough hours in the day before my new rotation starts on Sat. If I can get up early tomorrow then I can get both in this week.
BTW, STS Plyo Legs is on week 3 rotation and Cathe says we can sub Turbo Barre to keep low impact. What can you ladies tell me about Plyo - do you think it is too high impact for a person spinal arthritis, or can I modify it somewhat? I can do some medium impact and can soften my landings for some moves. Please let me know your experience.
