In the spirit of yesterdays 'most disgusting' list, I am curious to know what you all have as staples in your diet. What it is you always have in your house. Healthy staples listed are good, but not necessary :)
Okay, mine-
1. Costco brand almonds lightly salted with sea salt

2. protein powder for those times I need protein, but no time to cook

3. eggs

4. apples

5. bananas

6. and one not so healthy, cold cereal. Yum, love my cold cereal!

Yogurt, eggs, dried fruit, raisins, skim milk, grits, oatmeal, frozen veggies, frozen fruit, triscuits, cottage cheese, pinto beans, chili beans, textured vegetable protein, rice (brown and white; I like to mix them), Quaker Oat Squares
