Standing core!!!!

Tracey Staehle came out with CoreBlast. I just did 27 min. of standing/ball core work! It wasn''t necessary to midify anything! It's not targeted to preggos but any preggo could do it. There is standing work, ball work (that does not need modifying!), then floor work (Could't do), planks (skipped 'em today), then pilates stuff to cool down. I think it's all about 45 min long. Go buy this one!!! It lacks cathe's "impossible" feeling intensity but it is so nice to not have to modify! You will be working for sure. Like cathe says "you get out of it what you put into it!"

Lisa, I think you posted earlier about core work. Go order this! fitbytracey.com.

Also, I've been able to do the laying down work from LIC abs pretty easily on my weight bench slanted. Then the oblique stuff just on the floor normally.

I'll keep you gals updated with core workouts if I find anymore

boy, and i just got muscle max and hsc!! oh well, what is another dvd? and it sounds like it will be good postpartum too? thanks kate!!

That sounds awesome! I checked ebay, and it looks like I can get it for $21 shipped. Is it a workout that I can get good use out of (and that will challenge my core) for my entire pregnancy? We're really watching our $$ right now since we're on one income (and, as it looks, probably until early next year), so I want to make sure I can justify the purchase.

thanks again for sharing!!

Yes, Lisa, I think it is a worthy fitness investment. I'm sure I would be able to use it my whole pg. There are some moves where you use hand weights or a med ball. At the end we may not want to use them but non-pg, heavy-up baby! I was very comfortable with the equipment last night.

Can't really speak for the diastasis as I've never had one, but I can't WAIT to use this postpartum! I am ACHING to do the floor work! For now though I get a great 30 min. core workout!
