I just got (gotta love ebay, right??) a new DVD...The Trainer's Edge..Killer Abs And Back with Michael Olajide. It has got a little bit of everything...a bit of cardio, some floor and standing work. The standing work involves lots of punching combos and knee lifts to work the core, then moves to the floor. Although, not all the moves are standing this workout made me really sore the following day, and I thought I had a fairly strong core. The best part is Michael is really encouraging and a lot of fun. The whole thing I think is 45 minutes long and goes by super fast. The other exercisers are very, very fit with to do die for abs...but even they are working quite hard....you can check it out at Collage I believe. Have a great day! Donna
