Stacy--Your Cardio Coach question

Hey i love the cardio coach i have vol 3 4 and 5 love them all . I wish cathe would do a cd like this !!!

Another big Cardio Coach lover here!! I changed equipment today and got a whole differnt workout today. I have vol. 2 and 5 and I love them both!! The best part is that Sean is so very much like Cathe...probably why I like him so much. Get this, I answered a survey in October(with a chance to win an Ipod nano) for him....and while I did not win the prize he sent everyone that participated in the survey a link to download his brand new vol. 5 for free.....how much nicer can one person be???? Try one and you will never look at the stationary bike or treadmill the same way. Volume one is supposed to be the easiest.....vol. 5 the hardest.

Another CardioCoach fan here! I have them all, but love volumes 3 & 5 the most. I also got volume 5 through the free download from Coach Sean...he's fantabulous!

Regarding Cardio Coach: would it be useful for someone who is motivated by rock and roll? Isn't it all some other kind of music? Thanks!

Hey Nancy! When I put my own music on my Ipod for cardio I usually like very loud, serious "headbanging" stuff as my husband likes to call it....but I still really like Cardio Coach. The music is not what I usually listen to, but I really like to cueing and how motivational Sean is....the music is really secondary. I am someone who really needs to be told exactly what to do.....I have trouble sticking to workouts that I need to make up....but if music is your most important motivator then perhaps Cardio Coach would not be for you......have you previewed the workouts on his site?? All I know is that the workout time flys by and that is very important to me too....
