Stacked lower Body

I did this one 2 days ago and I am really hobbling around today :p! My quads are screaming! My fault for not scaling back on the weights; I've just recovered from a month-long chest cold and haven't really challenged my lower body since Christmas! Last night I did the extended stretch (Bless You, Cathe!) and abs to try to ease out the stiffness/soreness. I am really loving this new series! It's perfect for me right now!
 
I got LITE when it came out and I thought this was the toughest workout in the series. I've since been doing some slightly more advanced stuff from Fit Split and Strong and Sweaty but returned to this earlier this week thinking it would be nice and moderate for me but was I ever wrong... it was still a toughie! To my mind, it's still the most challenging one in LITE.
