I did this one 2 days ago and I am really hobbling around today ! My quads are screaming! My fault for not scaling back on the weights; I've just recovered from a month-long chest cold and haven't really challenged my lower body since Christmas! Last night I did the extended stretch (Bless You, Cathe!) and abs to try to ease out the stiffness/soreness. I am really loving this new series! It's perfect for me right now!
