Stability Balls

Apologies if this has already been asked in a previous post but I was just wondering what size stability balls you use in your dvd's.

We use 55cm stability balls, but this is because Cathe and the crew are all around 5' 2". The size of stability you need is based on your height.

Are you only selling the one size , I think it said 75?
