Stability ball?

Ok, so I ordered Cathe's green 65cm stability ball. I blew it up last night, but it looks really small. And that black tape thing that comes with it--what is that? At first I thought it was a measuring tape so you know how big to blow up the ball, but mine is hard as a rock and nowhere near the size of the tape?? I'm so confused! Help!

Keep pumping. The ball WILL get bigger. I have the green one and it's pretty big. You need to pump it up until the black tape just goes around it in the middle. The ball is firm, but trust me, it will inflate more. You have it under inflated at the moment.

Ok, that's what I thought. Thanks Liann! And its burst RESISTANT, right, lol!!! It feels like its gonna explode at any second, lol!!

It is one tough ball! I was amazed at the quality of the plastic and how firm it is. My old one was so flimsy. I got my DH the blue one and it is HUMONGOUS! We almost need a bedroom just to store it!!!

Sometimes if you inflate them and then let it sit for a bit, maybe overnight - sort of to stretch the plastic - then come back and inflate some more, it will be more flexible. That's worked for me with a different brand ball.
