stability ball.....

Does anybody know the brand of stability ball Cathe uses? Also what size should I use? I am 5'5".
I noticed that during the jackknife crunches - when I am in a full pike, the stability ball I am using looks deflated compared to Cathe's and her crew.... I don't know if I just need to inflate mine, or get a new ball, maybe a bigger one..?
I've had mine for years and bought it blindly, not knowing really what I needed.
I guess I still don't, so I'm hoping someone has some advice.

I bought mine blindy too. At Target a few years ago. I am 5'4" and its a 65 ball. It has held up very well think. I don't know what brand Cathe uses. You might just need some air as they do loose some over time......Carole

Any idea on the best way to inflate the crazy thing? I do pikes with mine at home. Then I went to the gym and did pikes on the one there and almost went head over heels as I came up so much faster and higher. Scared me. And didn't let me look as "cool" as I was hoping. LOL I cannot seem to get mine to pump up high enough.
