Does anyone know what size is the stability ball that cathe uses in her work out. please i need to know because i bought one and it seems small its 65cm.

I can't answer that but I did read on a site that sold them that the size ball you use depends on your height and what you intend to use it for.....I am looking to buy one too.

Cheers!

I think Cathe uses a 55 cm. ball, but I'm not sure. That's the size that is recommended for her height.

I am 5' almost 6", and I use a 55 cm height, which is what I usually see recommended for my height, though various sites give different recommendations, and on some, I'm right at the cusp of using a 65 cm. 55 cm has worked fine for me. If I had long legs, I think 65 cm would be better.

I read that Cathe's is 55cm, but I have a 55cm and it really seems smaller than Cathe's. I got a 65cm for Christmas and it's much better. I'm shorter than Cathe too, but with the 55cm my legs weren't at right angles when I sat on it - even with it fully inflated. You can find stability balls on eBay for really cheap. There's a seller fitlastic that seems to have a lot of them.

I think Kathryn is right on with the leg thing. I don't really know if you can take those guidelines at face value. I'm 5'0", but my legs are longer than my torso, so maybe that's why the 55cm wasn't right for me.

Well I have both a 55 and a 65. According to my height the 55 is the right one, but it seems too small for some exercises and it looks smaller then Cathe's. A friend gave me a 65 that she wasn't using and it is much better. I think it might also depend on the brand and if they are blown up enough. :)

I have a 55 that was recommended for my height. I think that I might go up to the 65 the next time I get one because the 55 seems small:-(

I have a 55cm. I'm 5'2" with short legs, and the angle is right for me. But I agree that it depends on the brand. I returned the first one I bought because it wouldn't hold air. I got an anti-burst one this time around, and am very pleased with it.

It's very important to fill the ball until it reaches a full 25 inches. You have to keep measuring it to make sure you have enough air.
