Stability Ball

Hi,

Does anyone know where to get a good stability ball similar to the one Cathe uses in her videos? I bought the yoga ball by gaim the one
that comes with this handpump that takes you days and days to pump up nice and tight... but I never got it to pump up nice and tight.
Is there something much simpler?
