Hi, I have a question about the sizing on the stability ball. I'm about 5feet tall, what size ball should I be getting? I've always gone for 55 because thats the smallest they go in the stores. What's the difference between the ones who have the sand and the one who don't? One more thing where can I find t 6inch bands for the new cathe videos? Happy New Years!

Most in the stores are . I use the 4 for most of them . You need the 6 for the leg press...
The ball thing.. I think you are good w/ 55. The sand ones are a stability thing.

Hi there, I am also 5 ft tall and use a 55" stability ball. Make sure it is inflated to the max, though. My fiance recently pumped more air in and what a difference that made! I was starting to think maybe I needed a bigger ball because my positioning didn't seem right but that is no longer a problem. And I feel like a was "cheating" before because it is so much more difficult to work with now!
