Stability Ball Workout from LWTLW2!!!

Has anyone purchased the DVD of this workout, and if so, have you had a go at the Stability Ball routine (bonus feature on the DVD?? Is it me or is it REALLY hard!!?? For a 20 minute workout it certainly packs a punch!
Kathy Smith does one-legged pikes, one legged tucks with an oblique twist, "normal" pikes (a la Cathe in PUB). She also does this move where you place the ball between your legs to work the inner thighs, then continuing to hold the ball between your legs you move them into a scissor poisition and hold again, then swap sides. Yowza - I really felt these!! She also does glute raises, wher you support your head and shoulders on the ball and lift and lower one leg at a time - very challenging for the balance!!
I felt like a complete klutz and couldn't do have of the exercises anywhere near as gracefully as Kathy - in fact, who am I kidding - I couldn't flaming well do some of them at all, Lol!! Most of the time I found myself in a heap on the floor, legs akimbo :eek: , and not quite sure how I got there!!
Anyone else find this workout a challenge?
